Journal "Ukraine" (Washington, USA) forms the Editorial Board and the Editorial Office of the journal on a competitive basis. Well-known Ukrainian journalists, writers, literary critics, art critics, artists, theater critics, film critics, cultural scientists, scientists, public and political figures, business personalities from Ukraine and diasporas are invited to participate in the competition for members of the Editorial Board (Collegium).

The article is devoted to the analysis of information space Ukrainianization as a factor of ensuring information sovereignty and strengthening of information security of the country. It is noted that Ukraine's information space is monopolized and only Ukrainization can dramatically correct the situation and return information space of Ukraine and strengthen its state sovereignty and national security, only Ukrainization can and should become a factor and guarantor of ensuring information sovereignty of the country. Information space Ukrainianization, and thus the ensuring of information sovereignty and strengthening of information security, are, above all, possible at the expense of the widest possible expansion of the use of the state, Ukrainian language in all spheres of Ukrainian society life. It is emphasized that executive, legislative and judicial power should be formed exclusively at the expense of persons who are fluent in the state language, who are well acquainted with the history of Ukraine, with traditions and customs of Ukrainian people and who truly follow the fate of the country and Ukrainian people. The article also noted that the media can and should return Ukrainian information space to Ukraine, assert information sovereignty and enhance the country's information security. In order to ensure these functions and effective implementation of these tasks, all media without state-owned media should be translated into the state, Ukrainian language. Important factors in defining national information space, protecting information sovereignty and promoting information security are propaganda, counter-propaganda and special propaganda. Thus, the issues of information space, information sovereignty and information security of Ukraine remain open. If the state does not care about these issues, then society should be concerned about this, at least its nationally conscious and civically active part. Obviously, solving all the above problems will be possible only in the conditions of Ukrainianization of ...

Significantly, it would seem that Ukrainian-centered (at least in rhetoric) experts and politicians are only interested in one thing — relations with the "authorities", in particular — with the president of Ukraine. Ukrainian-centeredness, Ukrainianization of Ukrainian informational space, opposition to Russian propaganda and agents of information influence, in the end media ideological-thematic direction (and the same National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine), professional level / mastery- all this does not interest anyone. Such happened with S. Shuster, E. Kisielov, and that's the same case with Z. Alasania! Colleagues, what is going on with you ?! Will you be applying to the European Court of Human Rights to defend Alasania? Will you turn on your national consciousness, civil responsibility and professional conscience?

The article deals with a relevant problem of creating Ukrainocentric mass media system in Ukraine. The system, which would be fully independent on political climate, created by corrupted oligarchic state power. Top priority task, which is put forward by the author of this initiative, is to enlist the services of mass media and blog to UWIN in both Ukraine and diaspora, uniting them around common objective and common tasks: formation of strong and powerful Ukrainocentric mass media system which would play the key-role in Ukrainization of Ukraine information space, will become the decisive factor of raising national identity/conscience and civil res­ponsibility of society, will prepare Ukraine and Ukrainian society for system changes. To attain this objective, the author considers it important to unite separate Ukrainocentric mass media and blogs in both Ukraine and diaspora, to create, on franchising basis, new information resources, based in Internet but with the perspective of real space existence. The author offers to start developing such system on the basis of specially formed platform, which has got the title Ukrainian World Information Network (UWIN). UKRAINAINC.NET is offered to be the principal site, where one will publish: most important information, reviews and analytical publications about Ukraine and diaspora. The site will include two sections: the first one will incorporate Ukrainian mass media and blogs according to oblast; the second one will incorporate diaspora mass media and blogs according to the countries. The author emphasizes the possibility of UWIN use for creative career self-actuali­zation of journalists. The agreement draft on this journalist community membership, which is voluntary and free of charge, is published. The network membership principles, directions and conditions of cooperation are stated and grounded. Зауважено, що інформаційний простір України монополізований і тільки українізація може кардинально виправити ситуацію й повернути інформаційний простір Україні й посилити її державний суверенітет та національну безпеку, тільки українізація може й повинна стати фактором і гарантом забезпечення інформаційного суверенітету країни. Українізація інформаційного простору, а відтак і забезпечення інформаційного суверенітету і зміцнення інформаційної безпеки, перш за все, можливі за рахунок максимально можливого розширення вживання державної, української мови в усіх сферах життя українського суспільства. Наголошено, що виконавча, законодавча та судова влада має формуватися виключно за рахунок осіб, які вільно володіють державною мовою, які добре обізнані з історією України, з традиціями і звичаями українського народу і які справді переймаються долею країни й українського народу. Також у статті зауважено, що ЗМІ можуть і повинні повернути український інформаційний простір Україні, утверджувати інформаційний суверенітет і посилювати інформаційну безпеку країни. З метою забезпечення цих функцій і ефективної реалізації завдань усі без винятку ЗМІ з державною формою власності мають бути переведені на державну, українську мову. Важливими чинниками окреслення національного інформаційного простору, захисту інформаційного суверенітету й утвердження інформаційної безпеки є пропаганда, контрпропаганда і спецпропаганда. Таким чином, питання інформаційного простору, інформаційного суверенітету й інформаційної безпеки України залишаються відкритими. Якщо держава цими проблемами не переймається, цим має занепокоїтись суспільство, принаймні його національно свідома і громадянськи активна частина. Очевидно, що розв'язання всіх зазначених вище проблем буде можливе лише в умовах українізації України.

Такої, яка була б повністю незалежна від політичного клімату, створюваного корумпованою олігархічною владою.Першочерговим завданням, яке поставлене автором цієї ініціативи, є залучити до участі в УСІМ україноцентричні ЗМІ та блогерів, в Україні та в діаспорі сущих, об'єднуючи їх навколо спільної мети і спільних завдань: створення потужної украї-ноцентричної системи ЗМІ, яка відіграє ключову роль в українізації інформаційного простору України, стане вирішальним чинником піднесення національної свідомос-ті та громадянської відповідальності суспільства й підготує Україну й українське суспільство до системних змін.Досягнення такої мети автор вбачає в тому, щоб зібрати в єдине ціле окремі україноцентричні ЗМІ та блоги в Україні та діаспорі, а також на основі франчай-зингу створювати нові інформаційні ресурси, базовані в Інтернеті та з перспек-тивою виходу в реальний простір.Розпочинати розбудовувати таку систему пропонується на спеціально ство-реній платформі, що отримала назву Українська Світова Інформаційна Мережа (УСІМ).
